This Wiki supports ED1015 Diaspora Communities in the UK in the Cass School of Education at the University of East London. It compliments the UEL Plus site which is only accessible to those who are registered for the module.

The pages include the Module Guide; links to websites; documents videos; information about relevant events; as well as volunteering and research opportunities linked to the concerns of the module.

This Wiki can be used to communicate with, other students doing the module as well as guests with an interest in the subject. Use the site to share experiences and thoughts about the issues and concerns addressed by the module and to reflect on the learning activities the module offers.

I find Wetpaint a lot more accessible than UEL Plus and much easier to use. I also think it is a good way for tutors and students to communicate about the course in a more relaxed way.

Course Work will no longer be posted to this Wiki because of the changes that Wetpaint have made to their free service and the fact that the service is dominated by TV Fan sites that have made it unsuitable to use for assessment purposes.
